Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

At Wikasa Education, we value your commitment to learning and the time of our dedicated instructors. To ensure a smooth learning experience for all, we have established the following cancellation policy for private students, including private lessons, family groups, and kids  and teens tutoring:

1. Cancellation Notice: Private students are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or schedule change. This notice should be made during our business hours to allow us sufficient time to accommodate the change.

2. Consequences of Late Cancellation: Lessons that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to forfeiture. In such cases, the missed lesson will either be deducted from your package or charged at the hourly rate. This policy is in place as we are committed to compensating our teachers for their scheduled time.

3. Business Hours (Eastern Time) - New York City Time:

   • Monday-Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm

   • Saturday: 10:30 am – 3:00 pm
