    We offer online classes for the following programs: Homework help, private tutoring, conversation groups, group class, workshops, and private and group classes of various levels for kids, teens, adults & seniors. We have also resumed offering small in-person in Long Island and New York City area.

  • What are your prices for beginner classes?
    We have a variety of unique pricing choices for our online beginner classes, allowing you to enroll in a session that fits your schedule and budget. All classes meet for 60 minutes once a week and do not include materials. View our above-beginner class pricing options here.
  • Are textbooks included in the cost of my class?
    For our classes, textbooks are not included. However, we will e-mail you introductory materials and information about the textbook before your first class. We recommend waiting until after your class begins to purchase the textbook, if you choose to do so. Textbooks are generally in the $10 - $50 range, depending upon the language level. Most of the textbooks we use are available in both physical and electronic versions.   • What are the office hours?
    Our staff works remotely, and you may call during the following hours to speak to a language advisor: Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 7:00pm Eastern & Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm Eastern
  • I enrolled for a new beginner class that hasn't started yet. Can I cancel my enroolment?
    To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least seven days before the start date of the class. Any subsequent withdrawal from a contracted course, for whatever reason, will result in forfeiture of the total cost of enrollment.
  • The class/The Teacher I'm interested in is full. :( is there a waitlist?
    Yes! If you're interested in a class that's full, please e-mail wikasaeducation@gmail.com or text (+1) 215 407 75 01 and ask to be placed on the waitlist for that class or teacher. We will contact students right away if a space opens up in the class.
  • What if I enroll in a group class and there aren't enough students enrolled to begin?
    We need at least 3 students to start a new online group class and 4 to start an in-person class. In case you sign up for a class that doesn't reach the minimum enrollment, we will contact you a few days before the scheduled start date with options. These options include transferring to another class, putting your credits on hold, or receiving a full refund.
  • I am currently enrolled in a class, but I can no longer continue. What should I do?
    If you are in a class and cannot continue, please notify us of your situation as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution. We cannot credit you for classes you missed before notifying us or for a class scheduled to occur on the day you contact us.
  • I have some concerns regarding My class / Teacher / Enrollment / Payment. What should I do?
    Feedack helps us improve and we want to ensure that every one of our students has the best possible experience with Wikasa Educaction. We are happy to discuss whatever concerns you may have, so please contact us as soon as they arise so we can assist you asap.   • How do you schedule classes around holidays?
    To see when the school will be closed, please visit our Holiday Schedule.
  • Are classes ever suspended outside of holidays? What happens to my enrollment if a class is suspended?
    There are rare unforeseen times when we will have to suspend a regularly scheduled class (teacher emergency, global classroom software outage, etc.) We will notify you as soon as possible about the class suspension, and the missed class will not count towards your enrollment. Your enrollment is for consecutively scheduled classes, not necessarily weeks. For example, if you signed up for 6 weeks but one class was suspended due to a holiday and another because your teacher had an emergency, you 6-week enrollment will be covered in 8 weeks.
  • Is Tutoring right for me?
    Every student can benefit from studying with a private tutor—there's nothing better than having prep that's tailored specifically to you! Tutoring is an excellent choice for students: With demanding or difficult scheduling Who requires one-on-one attention? Set aggressive score-improvement goals. Learn in an exciting way. Are you worried about the exam? Have unusually low or high starting points Are easily distracted You only have a limited amount of time to study for the exam.
  • Is tutoring worth the invesment?
    Definitely worth the investment. The cost of tutoring is proportional to the degree of training and individualized customer service we provide. Our tutoring is tailored to each student's unique skills, problems, and learning styles. Each of our teachers is supported by extensive research and excellent support resources.
  • How am I matched with a teacher?
    Our team will contact you to learn more about your goals, learning style, personality, and other factors." They will then use that information to match you with the most suitable teacher from our list of available teachers. It is unusual for students to be unsatisfied with their teacher, but we understand that chemistry does not always work. If you are not happy with your instructor after the first session, please let us know and we will find you another teacher. We will not bill you for the initial hour with the original teacher.
  • Where do tutoring sessions take place?

  • How much improvement can I expect from working with a teacher?
    It all depends on how you start your goals and how much effort you put in. We want you to be happy, so we will supply you with highly skilled, motivated, and successful teachers, and you will provide dedication and hard work by practicing, finishing all of your homework, and keeping to realistic objectives and expectations.
  • Can I get the same guarantee as the classroom?
    Yes, you can get the same guarantee as in the classroom. Our online Spanish school offers personalized instruction based on your learning style.
  • How does homework help work?
    Homework Help is a completely online tutoring service that provides Spanish tutors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Tutoring sessions are conducted exclusively through Google Meet.

  • Will my Teacher just give me the answers?
    The principle of Wikasa Educaction is to assist students grasp the concepts behind what they are working on, so that they can learn how to solve the problem and achieve the answer on their own. Wikasa Educaction is not a answer-giving service.
  • Can I work with the same teacher again?
    Working with your favorite teacher on a regular basis is fantastic. Teachers can be updated when another session becomes available. If one of your preferred tutors is currently working with another student, you can join a waiting list or allow us to match you with anotherexceptional teacher.
  • What if my teacher can't help me?
    If your tutor can't to assist you with your specific question, he or she will gladly switch you to another teacher right away (and you will not lose any time while you wait). If you ever have a session you're not completely happy with, you can request a credit for the minutes used. We will examine the session, and if it does not match our quality or accuracy requirements, we will credit those minutes back to your account!
  • Can I schedule a session with a teacher?
    Yes, students can schedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • How much does it cost to connect with a tutor?
    Wikasa Educations offers several flexible plans to fit your study style and need for tutoring from month to month. Full details are available on our website page. (Adults) ( Kids & Teens)
  • Do I have to use my entire hour in a session?
    Yes, our classes are 60 minutes long (50 minutes for academic credit). If you need a quick class during that hour, you can work with a tutor for as little as five minutes or as long as you need. We pay your teacher for the entire hour! :)
  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
    Not at all! WIKASA Education offers monthly enrollment.
  • Which form of payment are accepted?
    We accept payments through Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo in U.S. dollars
